Today i felt another kind of perspective. I must emphasize felt because it was not only in my head, i also truly sensed it, even if it was just for a nano-second. It was about how life can be looked at from different perspectives. We as humans mostly experience the perspective from our own point of view. It’s very detailed, or better said its super up-close! We generally see the micro version, we focus in on the details so to speak. As we focus in on details we feel emotions, so those emotions get attached to us and to what we see, we perceive this as the truth. And we act accordingly, we respond accordingly to the detail we see.
But we all know there are multiple ways of looking at our lives. Another one is that famous 'other', It’s the view that is viewing at what we call life from greater distance, the one that looks down on all. The one that has an overview and the one that does not focus in on details. Actually a better description is, the one that does not dwell on details and emotions coming forth from that up-close way of looking at our life. The one that 'knows' or 'is' our destiny. The one that doesn’t waver and doesn’t fear. It doesn’t matter how we toss and turn, if it is your destiny it will happen and if it’s not it just won't. I feel great comfort in having expirienced this today and a litlle sweet tasting faith also.
