Full moon meditation of ♥

At 3 am last night I attended a very special event, a full moon ritual. The word ‘ritual’ sounds so mystical and heavy, it was more of a guided mediation, guided by my favorite meditation guide, Athena Perrakis. It was held with a circle of about 100 people around the world. It was my first mediation guided by Athena I was attending  live.  I had prepared myself thoroughly and looked really really forward to it. Yes, even though the time, 3.00 am,  was not that appealing to me. The theme of the mediation was what motivated me to set my alarm and go for it.  The theme of this mediation is ‘love’.  The real kind of love! My kind of love..our kind of love, the kind of love I have for the one I deeply love in spite of his silence, ♥ a silence which is filled with love ♥. I realize i used the word love an awful lot in my last sentences, i guess because my heart is full of ♥

So just as I planned I got up at the sound of my alarm at 2.30 am, and went to the balcony where I had prepared all my ‘stuff’ for the mediation. I wanted to do it outside because I would feel the connection to the full moon energy the strongest. When I came out on the balcony and sat there a little, just me and the moon. I needed a moment for savoring the silence and feeling the moon before the ritual began. But as I sat there I realized I wasn’t as alone as thought I was. Because there was a dominant noise coming for my left side not very far from my balcony. As I listened more closely I realize it was the noise of two people making love J  and the two of them(i presume they were two) were having a really great party to which I don’t think ‘shame’ was invited..

Time came for the beginning to the mediation, as I tried to open the website on SpreeCast where the mediation was going to be held I realized my Ipad did not support that kind of live meeting, so I had to move inside the house to my computer. The sounds of my neighbors’ passionate activities were pushed a bit to the background while I was inside. But never the less I could still hear them having fun, during the whole ritual. Very symbolic indeed. After an hour the ritual was over, and I went outside to see the moon for a little bit before going to bed. As I stood there I heard they were still doing some very happy stuff to each other...but I could hear they were now really finishing it off on some high notesJ

So basically they were the background ‘music’ during the whole ritual, how appropriate.. And these two people had so rightly figured out that this full moon is extra special one to make love to. 

I think honestly that their passionate energy was beneficiary and inspiring to all of us participating in the mediation. No true love can do without the right amount of fire and passion, right?

I copied the whole meditation into this blogpost. If you like you can attend it or if you like you can 'only' watch it without actively particpating. But as time is not linear, meaning you dont have to be there live for the love energy to work in your life, participating this meditation now or at any given time will have an impact on you too.
